what do i need to download?

i put a new hard drive on my computer and now, when i go to my network connections, i have no option to connect wirelessly. my hp wireless assistant wont even come on. i downloaded the drivers from the website and i still don't see a wireless connection option when i go to "network connections"

How is it connected usb or card? you need to load the drivers download them or use the cd that came with the wireless network card.
