do I have the right answer 7w/70=y if not show me how to solve this.

At w=0 the balance is y=70.
At w=1 the balance is $7 less.
At w=2 the balance is $14 less.

So the balance is y = 70 - 7w
(70 dollars minus $7 dollars for every week elapsed).

y=70-7w. This represents the 70 dollars you still have to repay at week 0. At week 10, the answer should be 0 and it is. So y=70-7w is the balance of the loan
