yeah, what I did was I fasted for a week.but when I had the colonic I did not like it at all. It was the weirdest feeling and I could not relax because it was too weird. the more i could not relax, the more uncomfortable it was. Imagine having warm liquid coming in and out of your belly, but you know you did not drink anything and that it is coming from the other end. Leading up to it the week before I just ate all fruits and vegetables nothing else. I had some herbal tea but minimal. The week after that, I had warm lemon juice fast for a few days, I think I had the colonic on a friday. you are supposed to be on a special diet even after you have the colonic so your practitioner should give you that information after your first colonic. I probably would have had a better cleaning if I was not so uncomfortable. But she showed me the stuff and it was weird.I'm not going to go into details but let me just say that there was some stuff that came out that I had not eaten in months that I assumed would be digested and they weren't. I guess they were just hanging out in my colon. It is kinda scary. I belive that there is something to it.

I've never had one but I've wanted to try it. But I have my own enema that I use sometimes and while I fast once a year. It feels strange at first but You should feel better afterwards.

Colon hydrotherapy of course is going to be a little different since they use alot more water. but you definitly should try to relax your muscles and I hear that some therapists message your abdomen and stomach to help send the water further up. I do the message on myself and it does help alot to send it far into the end of the large intestine.

just message counter-clockwise (from your lower abdomin, then to the left and go around to under your ribs and back down again from the right. as if your pushing liquid through you intestine. It's good to know how your large intestine looks and were it's at.

you should also do a few more sessions after your first one because one will not be enough. It can be very putrid down there if your clogged up :/ I remember my first enema I gave myself and it smelled horrible...

I think that a couple days of fresh vegetable juicing and eating fuits would be benificial before you take the "plunge". This would help in getting more fiber and softening up your bowels. I would refrain from eating harsh meats like beef.

After your visit I think it would be very benificial to keep drinking juice and support your liver. (beets, cabbage, artichoke, spinich, dandelion, milk thistle).

take more fiber though eating alot of fruits and veggies, drink plenty of peurified water.

I've personally had a few problems from my intestine( IBS, appendicitis, Crohn's Disease) so I've done alot of experiments to heal myself and keep myself regular. I eventually figured out that most of my problems had to do with a sluggish liver and "white" foods like flour, gluten, and sugar hurt me alot too.

P.S. Fasting and enemas/colonics go very well with each other and IMO opinion it can heal almost all diseases ;). It's healed everything that I've had...

No, I've never had one. I have an aversion to things going up my butt...

However, if you're that backed up, try going to the store and buying a can of coconut milk and drink the entire thing; wait about two hours or so, and you should be pooping like a champ. If I couldn't poop after that, then MAYBE I'd THINK about going to see a colonic specialist.

blocked up? just went through that. your doctors office should give you a list of what you can or cannot eat, I assume you mean colonoscopy====they made me take a bowl prep which was so horrible, I had to drink a gallon of water mixed with a salt mixture in three hours and it gaged me and made in vomit and it did not have much affect on me. I finally relaxed, uped my intake of fluids, took some stool softeners and
X-lax and ate watermelon and I am doing much better.
