Here two things are involved i.e. his impotency & his suffering with a communicable disease. As far impotency is concerned if it is medically proved it can amount to non consummation of marriage due to his impotency that is a valid ground for annulment of such a marriage. As far as the second ground if he is found medically suffering from venereal disease in a communicable form, can be a ground of divorce. But the real fact is if you say he is impotent how can he communicate such a disease to her, or is it some other communicable disease he has transferred to her, be more specific on this. Write to me directly on my email vijay_mahajan5758@yahoo.co.in with complete details for proper legal guidance.

IF HER HUSBAND GAVE HER AN STD, THEN THE QUESTION IS WHERE DID HE GET IT FROM? I DON'T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING ON THE SIDE, OR IF ITS HER, BUT SOMETHING IS GOING ON.
I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG THEY HAVE BEEN MARRIED, BUT HE MAY HAVE HAD THE STD'S FOR AWHILE AND NOT KNOWN IT BECAUSE HE NEVER GOT TESTED, OR IT COULD OF BEEN HER AND SHE NEVER GOT TESTED.
EITHER WAY SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE, AND THEIR STD I HOPE IS CURABLE WITH SOME FORM OF ANTIBIOTIC. IF NOT, WELL, IT GOES TO SHOW HOW MANY PEOPLE DO NOT GET TESTED.
ITS HARD TO SAY WHETHER TO DIVORCE OR NOT BECAUSE A LOT IS LEFT OUT. THEY REALLY NEED TO FIND OUT WHERE THE STD CAME FROM AND WHO FROM. THEN FROM THERE DECIDE. YOU CAN'T TELL HER WHAT TO DO, JUST TRY TO HELP HER BY LISTENING TO HER AND BEING THERE AND SUPPORTING WHAT EVER DECISION SHE MAKES.

Do you mean diseases? And just what kind of diseases does one get from an impotent hubby.....limp clit disease? Seriously if it is your friend's daughter then you should stay the hell out of their business. She is an married woman perfectly capable of deciding her future ALL ON HER OWN.

Well let your friend's daughter be..she can decide for herself whether she wants one or not. But if she is being mistreated or harmed in any way then go to the concerned authorities.

If you think he was the reason then have him checked out too. Your friend may be at fault here too. So it is usually better to stay out of some one else nose. Your choice.
