Yeast infections are not caused by too much sugar.

It could be a yeast infection(eating too much sugar in your diet) if you are itchy in your genitals with a white thick discharge.I am not sure about yellow discharge,I would see a gyn/ob doctor,because it could be a STD or a small bacterial infection.If it is Yeast Infection,add yogurt too your diet or acidophilus pills(acidophilus is in yogurt and it provides your system with the good bacteria your body needs) you can buy at health food stores...good luck!!
