Hi Dharma,
I'd make us a nice lunch, maybe like egg salad croissants and apple pie. We'd go to a nice quiet spot by the river. There are several benches along a wooded trail only feet from the rivers edge. I've had lunch there many times before and it's so nice to watch and listen to the birds while having lunch. The sound of the water is also very relaxing. It's still in the city but there are few people that frequent this spot.

There is a great restaurant/pub close to me, great food. We could go there or to the diner up the street. We could sit for hours just talking in either.

I would take you to the Rain Forest Cafe. All the animals, the atmosphere itself, and the cute stuff animals you can buy....if that doesn't cheer you up, we're gonna have to put you on anti-depressants, and a suicide watch!...haha.

I like the Victorian Tea Room. It is so lovely there and the food is really light. And then you treat yourself to the best coconut cake in the world! We could talk about our first boyfriend, best vacation, favorite movie, and cutest outfits. What could be nicer?

i have a friend who owns a Greek traditional restaurant,it plays live Greek music and the food is awesome,i will show you how to dance in a circle and we can brake some plates too haha:P~

..well, dharma?...we can go to the cafe and watch all the cute guys as they come in and out ?...hows that sound?...if that wont help, dont worrie....they are building a new building across the street and the construction workers are there....hmmmmmm...?...

cliffhouse in san fran...beautiful view and if your lucky, you can see the whales!
Or if you just want to relax the view lends itself to this pursuit without offending the person your with...
