what about piercings?

This is a good question, it really depends on the individual, you know the whole "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" thing.
I'm half Polynesian so as well as it (tattoos) being something decorative on the body it also has certain cultural meanings.
For me, personally, I don't have any tats (I'm most likely the only one out of my family that doesn't have one) but I think they're cool and so are piercings. They all seem to be a way of expressing oneself just like clothing styles.

I have one thing to say and that's any man with a tongue ring goes both ways. I am a firm believer~ .. i like peircings more so, tattoos are ok as long as the person has creative and artistic tattoos.... not just a name or a biten strawberry cuz thats tacky.

strategically placed tats on a woman can be sexy but piercings and tattoos done to the extreme just dont look right to me

No,no and no if we were meant to have them we would have been born with them you can say I'm old fashioned but I just don't like them.
A friend of mine had some tattoos when she was younger and she has now just gone through painful skin grafts to remove them.
Ear piercing for both sexes is OK but body piercing makes me cringe,but it's peoples choice it's their body just not for me.

I love tattoos on guys..not sure about women though. Piercings are sweet too

I love tattoos on men...they turn me on.. I don't mind them on women. Generally Tattoos don't bother me

Sometimes they can be but not on the breasts, that's a turn off for me.
As for piercings? Absolutely not sexy.

tasteful tattoos are and I'm not a big fan of piercings unless its the ears for women

I think tattoos on well developed arms are really sexy!
I love a hot guy with tribal art on his arms......I have a tattoo on my lower back and have been told that it is sexy.
Piercings? Depends on where it is and on whom it is.
