i am english but hav changed to support west indies as i have family from the west indies and i am sick of englands performances. the west indies r great as they hav had sum of the best players ever in viv richards,brian lara and garfield sobers. i also luv the way they play the game they play wiv passion but enjoy the game as well. the crowd r great as well they dance and sing all through the games. if u r sick of england please join me in supporting the greatest team in the world the west indies.

Yep! Windies all the way! good or bad, i am there. and i support them 110% no matter what.
At the moment, however, my heart is a bit shattered due to their disappointing performance (it seems like they didnt care)
but they are a gr8 team and really got potential and i will stand by them throughout all the times and that is wat being a die-hard Windies fan calls for.
We have turned out cricketing gr8s and we've got more to come! Asker, pls do not forget Clive Lloyd, Lance Gibbs, Alvin Kalicharan, Rohan Kanhai... :)
Btw, Chanderpaul is my fave. He is wat u call a tru cricketer because he plays for the team...maybe lacking in form a bit recently but he is still my fave.
I still love the Windies and i am asking them to try their best, because i know their best is more than good enough.
Btw, I hope u enjoyed the Tassa drumming that was done during the matches in Guyana. It really brought a good atmosphere to the matches, esp the 'rain stained' ones :)

This is a tragedy that such a talented side is not doing well in the WC. No doubt cricket is played in its true spirit in the Caribbeans and they enjoy their cricket. I am also a fan of West Indian team and believe that if they remove the politics from cricket they can still find the glory of past.

well i'm not sick of england. i'm just sick of getting beat by england. the west indies is my team. but they will always have trouble against newzealand and austrailia.
the west indies seem to always scrape by on victories, rather than earning definate victories. but they are my team so i have to support them.
i will never get over the white-wash we got from england recently.

No. West Indies team is not steady.The team did not click in proper time. So they faced defeats one after another in their home ground.

I am from the west indies and I have blood of two west indian countries in me..... so i got all the reason too.
They may be crappy right now, they may need their grandmothers to give them a good spanking, they probably need to actually work, but as David Rudder sings in the WI theme song

well they disapoint me lately i dont know why the hell they were dinking before they played south africa and sri lanka, i guess they think it was going to be easy for them well surprise surprise,but since i was born and living in the caribbean,they will always have my support .right now bradshaw is cool to me.
