Go with your passion. You already know that you do not want to pursue a career in computer science or programming. So why spend any more time pursuing that. The knowledge you learned about computer will always serve you but I say pursue the career you're most passionate about. Listen to your gut along the way and good luck!

Go straight into your marketing degree. There is no reason to further prove that you are competent in computer science. Especially b/c you do not want to work in that field.
A Masters in Business Marketing will allow you to apply both of your degrees to any aspect of business that you like.
A Masters in Computer Science will only specialize, and pidgin-hole you more into a domain.

If Marketing is what you want to do, a Master's in computers would be pointless. In fact, it may be detrimental, as you may find yourself offered opportunities you don't want as they would tempt you to abandon your goals.
