In yesterdays game Aus vs SL and in the NZ and SL ,Umpire Billy Doctrove clearly supported Aussies and Kiwis.
Sangakkara one of the best bataman In SL team was clearly not out,he was given LBW and that put Sri Lanka in to a big trouble.

I think most of the umpires are partial and they do not like a subcontinental team to win the WorldCup.

I don't think that we can say that an umpire is biased towards a certain team.
Let's face it, umpiring is a really difficult task, and we can sit at home and complain because we're not the ones out there doing it. I mean we get the benefits of countless replays, slow motion etc, these guys get abt 5 seconds, so really its not easy on them, and at times they are going to make mistakes. No umpire is faultless, None!

While I agree that there may be judgement error on the part of the empires, I do not agree that the umpiring in the world cup is poor or the umpires are biased.
