Do I think people should have the right to own guns? Yes.

Do I think people should have the right to own nerve gas? No.

When "arms" was written into the Bill of Rights, the only arms at that time were muskets and cannons. I believe our forefathers did not foresee advancements in weaponry. However, I think they would still want us to have our guns.

Great question. What if when they were writing the constitution they mixed up arms and bears. What if the founding fathers originally meant to arm bears.
