What does it take to run a video game cheat site?

I just want to know how to start and run a video game cheat site. I will not accept moronic answers from people who's I.Q. is below 80 or people who can't respond to me in proper english. If there is someone out their who has expierence in this field, that would help.

I don't have direct experience except for using a few. Here are the essentials:

1) Obviously, a good hosting site, along with a real domain name - no geocities junk.
2) Ability to host forums - this would include user account creation
3) Automated file upload ability so users can post guides
4) Advertising revenue if your site is successful - so you can afford the bandwidth
5) Promotion of your site with the search engines - so people can find you
6) Some sort of server side processing - probably php or asp so you can manage a database. Of course, you will need database programming knowledge to go along with that.

100's if not 100's of guides, cheats, and codes for games. If you have any hope of being successful, you will need to start with a HUGE library of content.

Why would I want to return to your site (assuming I go there in the first place) if gamewinners.com has everything I need? That is the question you need to assume every one of your visitors is thinking.

I try to do it my self first but always end up looking at the cheats for parts I get stuck on. I am hopelessly addicted to the Nancy Drew computer games. I solved one(with alot of help) and currently playing two but keep getting stuck! arrrgh!!!!
