I've had 5 miscarriages, with 2 I bled for 3- 4 days BEFORE I actually miscariied then carried on bleeding for another week or so after. With one of the m/c I didnt bleed at all and had to have a D&C, with 2 I bled in total for 8-9 days (not sure if I started bleeding before I miscarried or not though)
Its different for everyone though. But the bleeding shouldnt stop as soon as you miscarry though as your body needs to lose the uterus lining and saved up blood just like it does with a period!
Hang in there hun and I'm sorry!

Everyone is different. I miscarried at 7.5 weeks. I started bleeding on a Saturday, actually had the miscarriage (passed tissue) on Tuesday, and stopped bleeding on Friday--so just about a week for me.

I'm sorry about your miscarriage. It is hard in the beginning but gets better with time.

I had a miscarriage on Sunday, April twenty 2d and had in basic terms grew to become 12 weeks. i began out to bleed gently for some week. That Saturday i began out to bleed heavier. On Sunday I went to the emergency room with extreme cramps and heavy bleeding. They shown that the fetus grow to be lifeless and that it would in basic terms take time to pass. I handed the fetus that evening and observed for the subsequent 2 weeks. My next era got here right here month on the huge-unfold time. the only element distinctive with my next era and each physique for the reason that then is they have been relatively heavy for 2 days and then are relatively gentle for 3 extra. that have grow to be actually the toughest element Ive ever long handed by using! it would have been extra convenient if I wasnt to this point alongside... yet any miscarriage is tricky reguardless whilst it happens.

i bled for about two weeks heavy bleeding, at first it was just light spotting then as i started to release tissue the bleeding became much more and once i passed the gummy bear sized glob of tissue, a day or two later the bleeding started to subside, eventually stopping. but i ended up missing my next period. and didnt get back on schedule till the following month. where as some women might get there period on the normal date regardless of the m/c. it all depends

I spotted for a week, then had the m/c. I was passing tissue for three days. After that I bleed for a week after. Sorry for your loss but it should stop soon. Make sure you are following up with your dr though just in case of any problems.

You can bleed for several days while you are miscarrying. I have even heard of women bleeding for over a week until everything has passed.
