The biotic factors include the interactions with other living things: other fish of the same species, other fish of different species, other animals that aren't fish, algae, plants, etc.

The abiotic factors that should mimic the fish's natural habitat as closely as possible are light, temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, water flow, salinity, type of substrate (rock, sand, silt, ...) It wll not be likely that you could mimic the fish's amount of living space which is another abiotic factor.
