Where can i get a tap extractor?

Question

for a hole drilled with a #21 drill bit and tapped with a 10-32 tap. I live in the tacoma washington area.

I would think at home depot. If not, then a store that sells industrial nuts and bolts would have it.

They have everything in stock and ship quick.

For a tap that small, I'd consider using a set of micro needle nose pliers and patience.
