want to change the html on a picture found!?

I am building a webpage found great place to create my menu buttons but when I was done they want money so I know theres a way to change that threw the html so please help!

If I understand your request....There is no way to use HTML to keep a website from charging you to use their space. What you CAN do is to take your HTML and move it to a free space.
