The girls who date guys for their money are the ones who don't mind guys dating girls for their looks. All the others don't want a guy who wants them only for their looks. A relationship based on that can never last. Beauty and youth don't last, but love can.

It's not disgusting so much as unappealing...no matter who does it. I guess a lot of us would rather spend time with someone we actually like.
It's a preference...if a guy is only dating a girl for her looks, and he's made her aware of that then it's fine...if a woman is only dating a guy because he's got money, and she's made him aware of that, no problem.
If anyone is dating someone for a shallow reason, but lets the other person think (or has lied and told them) that it's because they really like or love that person, then the person doing the lying is a snake and the situation isn't kewl.
Honesty is the key.

Some girls/women are equally shallow as some guys/men. There are a selected few from both sexes that are genuinely good hearted, out for long-term compatibility rather than picking a date based on what they can benefit from now.

Different appeals. If physical appearance is what gets you through to the next phase of getting to know a person...that's your thing. and it's not unusual for anyone to find a certain physical appearance appealing, then you listen to them speak, watch how they act/react, find out what they do, who they are and where they are going and would that person fit into your life. All normal. whatever is the 'spark' that gets two people together is no business of anyone else. peace

Maybe because the woman who have great boddies, arnt really nice as a person and woman who don't have such so great boddies are really nice and feel that if a guy could look pass their out of shape body they could see that. It is sad that woman sometimes only date guys who have lots of money and great things, but look at the girls who are dating those guys.... They have great boddies huh??? So maybe if they looked at the "porker" in the back of the room they might still have money in their bank accounts!.....

I think the difference Is some people can admit it for what it is, and some can’t.
I like the idea of dating someone because you like “them”. But people put too much stock into what they see with their eyes. If you’re appealing to the eyes, suddenly you have basic prerequisites to their needs. I wish more people would study who’s on the inside. I’ve infact been offended at women who liked me before they got to know me. =P
I think first impressions are over rated.

I am also disgusted by women who look only at looks or money. Love rarely lasts when a relationship is based on those and if it does they are probally not too happy.

I have never, no will ever, date someone based solely on their looks or money. I prefer to date someone based on the type of person they are.

Shallow is shallow... regardless how you look at it. Personally, someone's personality is the first thing that catches my attention, not the size of their wallet, the color of their hair, the car they drive... you can't have a relationship with the material things.
