Definitely Arsenic and Old Lace. to watch Grant running through this farce is incredible! The man had such a genius for comic timing! Watching his reactions to his two maiden aunts murdering all the old coots they have in their boarding house with poisoned elderberry wine and at the same time trying to keep his fiancee from finding out as well as the police who keep dropping in, Oh I Love every minute of it! His best dramatic roll to me is North by Northwwest a Hitchcock film.

Saw henrik O's answer, The Philadelphia Story!! Wasn;t that the one where he goes to the front door and Hepburn answers it breaking all his golf clubs and throwing them down on the ground slamming the door, he stands there a moment rings the doorbell again and takes his open hand into her face and just SHOVES her down backwards??? HILARIOUS!!! Thats another one! The man was genius!!!!

Bringing Up Baby is great. Same goes for The Philadelphia Story (also with Katherine Hepburn) and His Girl Friday.

My favorite is 'North by Northwest", the Hitchcock epic was by far the best. I say my favorite, but he did so many great movies it is hard to say just one of them......"Father Goose", "An Affair to Remember", "To Catch A Thief", "The Bishop's Wife", "Destination Tokyo", "Arsenic and Old Lace", "His Girl Friday", "The Philedelphia Story"......the list can go on, he did over 70 movies.

Gunga Din or Philadelphia Story

in both films, his great performances are made even greater by his fellow cast members.

Penny Serenade - can't watch this one w/o a box of tissue. Any of the Mae West films in which he was over madeup.

Absolutely FATHER GOOSE!!! That movie was AWESOME!! Okay, so I'm a little sappy and a little quirky, but that's why people love me.
