The length of an arc with an angle of 75 degrees is given by:
L = 2*pi*r/4.8 (divide the circumference of a circle which is 2*pi*r by 4.8 because 360/75=4.8)
You need your answer as a fraction, so change 4.8 to 48/10.

So, MY = 2*pi*11/(48/10)
MY = 2*pi*11*10/48
MY = 220*pi/48
MY = 220/48 pi
MY = 4 7/12 pi inches

=275/36*pi
I´m supposing you are asking for the arc XY
