My question would be ..Why anyone in the U.S. would deal with an Asian site for medicine???

From their web site....
"We control the Site from our offices within Asia. We make no representation that the Content in the Site is appropriate or available for use in other countries, and access to them from countries where their content is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access the Site from other countries do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You may not use or export the Content in violation of Asian export laws and regulations.

Owing to the nature of the products, we regret merchandise once purchased cannot be returned. We do not entertain free replacements in this situation. However for shipments which never made it to a US port in the first place, a free replacement will be sent out only after 40 days of the original dispatch"
