If you want to understand antimatter, you need to learn the scientific terms. That's what learning science is all about. As you learn science, you'll learn the terms.

If you get your hands on antimatter, both it and your hands will be annihilated, releasing energy in the form of photons. It wouldn't take much antimatter to release enough energy to destroy you and everything around you. If you had about 1/4 of a dime of antimatter in your hands, it would release the same energy as the atomic bomb at Hiroshima.

It is matter that has all the characteristics of normal matter but the charge is reversed. For example a positron is like an electron but negatively charge. All you have to do is invest about 20 billion dollars or more into a particle accelerator and watch it be created in collisions. It will be gone about a microsecond or less later though.

Theoretically it is the opposite of matter and every matter has a corresponding anti-matter. Cannot see it with just the 4 dimensions we have so cannot get your hands on it.
