Javon sounds like a black name. Are you black?
Philip looks better spelled Phillip (with 2 L's).

I like Javon and yes it's very nice together. You might find on here that alot of people might not agree with the name because it's ethnic but I'm african- american and I know alot of little boys named Javon spelled various ways. Javon Philip goes well together.

I like Javon it is close to what my cousin named her first son. She named him Jayvon. I do like the name Philip with it.

You have the right idea with putting a "unique" name with a common one. I did that with my two boys. Amari Maurice and Jamir Anthony. Congrats and good luck to you.

Javon? People may misspell it as Jason. What about Javin? Also, I agree. Phillip is better than Philip.

Truthfully, I think Phillip Javon sounds better. I am not crazy about Javon, but it's probably because I taught a child by that name and he was a hellion:)

Love it!!!! I had a friend from Brazil named Joeva. I think that your pick is very cool but I would add a middle name. Excellent choice. With a name like that the kids is surely going to be cool.
