THIS IS THE DEAL, I OWN A T-SHIRT AIRBRUSHING STORE INSIDE ONE OF THE BIGGEST FLEA MARKETS IN MICHIGAN AND THE LADY THAT I USED TO BUY MY BLANK SHIRTS FROM HAD A TRAGEDY IN HER FAMILY, HER FATHER DIED SO SHE HAD TO SELL OUT AND MOVE TO ATLANTA TO TAKE CARE OF HER MOTHER,SHE SOLD ALL OF HER STOCK TO ME AT A SENSATIONAL PRICE, WE WROTE UP A CONTRACT STATING THAT SHE WILL STOP BY THE FLEA MARKET FOR THE NEXT 3 SUNDAYS AND PICK UP ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND AFTER THAT I'M SUPPOSE TO SEND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS A WEEK TO HER NEW ADDRESS IN ATLANTA UNTIL PAID IN FULL! WELL THE PROBLEM IS..SHE HAS NEVER SHOWED UP FOR ANY OF THE PAYMENTS AND ALL OF THE PHONE #'S ARE DISCONNECTED, I WROTE A LETTER TO THE ADDRESS AND IT CAME BACK! I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO!

If you have any mutual friends you can check with them, but other than that I'd just keep saving $100 every week and when she shows up pay her whatever you owe her up til that point and then get her address so you can send her the money every week.
You still need to honor the contract, but it is up to her to contact you and enable you to honor the contract.

I would put the money into a savings account every week--just like you're making a payment to her. Then I would contact a lawyer (in both states) and see what they say. (And don't throw that letter away. I'm sure you'll need it before all of this is over with.)
If you signed a contract with her, then you have to hold up your end of the bargain even if she doesn't. Who knows, her mother could have gotten bad off, or even died, and the last thing on her mind right now is what you owe her. Eventually though, she'll be back. And when she does show up, you should be able to come up with the money that you owe her.
I would hate to know that I owed someone that kinda money and say, four years down the road, they showed up to collect it and I didn't have it. Just to be on the safe side, I would be piling the money up in that account until someone with more legal sense than I've got told me different.

Open up a savings account - deposit that money (and only that money) into it. That way you can't accidentally spend it (while earn interest on it in the meantime) until such a time as you either find a way to contact her or she contacts you.
You said there was a contract signed - did she have a lawyer draw it up? If so, try contacting that lawyer, perhaps he or she has a contact address.
Find out what the contractual statute of limitations is in Georgia. If at the end of that time (it could be a number of years) there has been no contact made then you get to keep the money. (just as an example - in NY State the statue is 6 years)

The contract is void. If you stated in the contract that she would pick up $100 each Sunday for 3 Sundays, and she didn’t do it she breached the contract, which makes it void. Easy on the caps next time...

I'd put aside the money you owe her every week - just in case she comes by to collect it.

Put it in an interest bearing account, and just wait. If there's money involved, she will turn up..eventually.
