I'm 5'7 1/2" and weight 112. I wear a 2 or 4--depending on the cut of the dress and who makes it. Look for a CitiTrends close to you. Even if you have to drive a little, it'll be worth it--trust me. Also, on the web, there is a company called $15.00 (I'm sorry that I've forgotten the exact web site name) and their clothes are that price. I don't know about the quality though.

You should try H&M or Bebe. These stores are all about fashion, good material and reasonable prices. They have every size possible. Most dresses range anywhere from $30-$100 and all of them are great. the hard thing is choosing the perfect dress. believe me, when you walk into these stores, you will go in and wont be able to decide which dress you want.
Oh yeah, do not try Forever 21, they are cheap, but the material sucks and i believe that if you get a dress, it needs to last long and be one of your favorites. Please do not try Forever 21, wash it once and it will shrink or get damaged...cheap material

It depends. I mean you should include where you are from. You know like country , city, state. You can find cute and inexpensive dresses at Old Navy, Walmart, Guess/Marciano........, or surf the net to check out store near you.
