7/10 is a fraction inside a cubed radical. im confused can anyone help? thank you

[√(7/10)]³

= [√7/√10]³

= [√7/√10 * √10/√10]³

= [√70/10]³

= (7√70) / 100


* What I have above is the simplest answer because √70 can't be simplified.

(7/10)^(1/3) can not be simplified.

I think you mean [sqrt(7/10)]^3. If so,
[(7/10)^1/2]^3 = (.7)^3/2 = sqrt(.7^3) = sqrt(.343)
