I work in the health care field. I come in 2hrs before the clinic opens and get it ready for the day. This means I see 2hrs less patients than my coworkers do. Yet at the end of my day. I am beating most (if not all) of my co-workers in patients seen by a 2 to 1 margin. It seems that when they are not getting coffee, they are out to smoke. I have tried talking with management but they are spineless. I am going crazy with rage! What can I do that does not involve changing jobs or getting fired?

At the end of the day management knows who is doing the work and who is slacking off. Persistance pays off. We finally got the management where I work to fire someone after complaining for 2 months. Just keep doing your job and leave them enough rope to hang themselves.

I completely understand how you feel, unfortunately things like this go on in all businesses and jobs. Since you have brought it to the management's attention and they have decided to do nothing about it there's really nothing that can be done short of "if you can't beat em, join em". However, this may backfire on you and you could lose your job if mgmt decideds to crack down. The only other option is to find another company to work for.

Hope this helps! Good luck, don't let those lazy co-workers get you down!

this is spoke of as sharing recommendations. In maximum corporation you artwork as a team alongside with your coworkers. sometime you may have a query or a concern which you would be able to no longer answer or resolve your self. think of what might take place if each physique at your artwork knew you got somebody fired for asking questions. i think of you may desire to supply up being a ***** and in simple terms help the lazy *** out. in the event that they're definitely lazy, it is going to likely be observed and that they would be fired for this reason.

You are stuffed it Management won't do anything. Can you complain about the management to there managers about it? If you are in the NHS then your even more stuffed (politely) as they pay poorly so employ poor staff and poor managers. Good managers have smartened up gone to work for private organisations but if this is not an option for you, then you could try to discuss it with them and politely point out to the problems and ask why do they think you should be burdened with more work than them.

It's great that you are getting alot done. If management does not do anything about it, then let it be. Continue your good work, but don't let it go to your head. Your efforts will pay off down the road, just be a little more patient. Keep your goals in mind and don't let others set you off track.

Wow!!

Before you go postal...please remember that you have no control over what other people do.

I am sure that you will not stoop to their level of laziness as it does not appear to be within you to do so, which is an asset. However, your boss should see this quality and you would be a prime canidate for advancement (if any).

PRAY!! for understanding. That's what I did and just a few weeks later, I received an offer that I could not refuse in advancement.

Best of Luck to you.

Blessings!

Asking for a promotion? Why you are mad over this? You are basically doing your job. If you believe you work harder than your co-workers, then speak with your management for higher salary, better hours. After all, as you said they are spineless. ;)

Take a vacation. In the short time you're gone, hopefully management will notice how much of a decline in productivity your absence makes.
