No, people go crazy all the time. They don't plan out when there going to go crazy. I doubt this guy was a copy cat, considering he was from South Korea, here on a student visa, he didn't even live here when Columbine happened. If you look up shootings there is just about one every couple months somewhere in the world, just not all of them are big enough for the rest of the world to cover it.
Maybe it's just a case of the Monday's
