How would global warming cause someone to go completely off his rocker and go around shooting people?
He was just a nutter and this sort of thing will happen from time to time until America tightens its gun controls, which can never happen whilst George Bush is still receiving income, both personally (from his share protfolio at least) and into the public purse via taxes.

Good point.

The same insensitivity and mistreatment that corporations and government have done to the environment is the same kind of behavior that causes people to feel so alienated and angry that they go around shooting everybody.

Treat people with kindness and tolerance, inclusion and respect.

Treat the environment as if it's the only one we've got.

Anybody and everybody with an agenda is trying to make some sort of connection with this tragedy to their particular cause. It is as sad a commentary on American life as the tragedy itself.
