That is true. The long handles are further from the wheel pivot point so that the load closer to the pivot point can be picked up by the better leverage of the handles without as much lifting force.

yes wheel barrow is an example of classic lever as if you hold its one side up the heavy good doesnot cause any problem and you lift the goods easily.

In a way it is but all the weight is in the barrel. the wheel allows for the leverage.I wouldn't say it is classic like the teeter totter but it functions on leverage.

I guess it could be, but it is not what comes to mind. A lever is more of a wedge.
