I thought a Stalker hides in your shrubs and shoots you for leaving him!! Clearly I don't understand. Please help if you will. Then after I vote my answers later, I am gone.

My definition is that they are the same kind of person who would hide in the shrubs. Unfortunately for them they have no idea where you are so they can't find your shrubs. However they have the same immature anger-management issues and hate anyone whose opinion differs from their own.
They manifest that hatred by always voting against you and always giving you thumbs down.

A "stalker" is a pathological ANONYMOUS follower and tab-keeper of another person or persons.
They want attention. They send you hate mail.
They give you Thumbs Down constantly.
They report you for Community Guideline violations. They try to have your account suspended.
If you feel genuinely threatened, report the person to Customer Care.

Oh, don't fret over such small things. Answers is meant to be enjoyed, and if you back off, he'll feel guilty about it himself.
