Here is the website for the Raz Berry teether that I use for my 5 month old and she loves it. Everytime she gets cranky I give it to her and it soothes her so quick. It is like a pacifier and the normal part they suck on has bumps on it to sooth their teeth. This is a lifesaver!!!

Freeze a teething ring and let your baby naw on it. The cold will be nice for its gums. Just remember it hurts a little for there little gums. I would continue the tylenol but only if he/she is in pain. I hope that helps.

Forget the teething gels, give that baby childrens Motrin. It lasts for eight hours of pain relief. I gave it to all three of my kids when teething. Also give her/him a clean cold washcloth to chew on, my kids liked that bettter than any teething ring.

My son just went through the teething phase with his first 2 bottom teeth. They just cut through, one yesturday and one today. I highly suggest the teething tablets. I loved them and they seemed to work for my son! Good Luck!

Talk to your baby's doctor about putting your baby on a anti inflammatory. You can try using that Hyland's teething remedy also.
