Can you smoke in your office or work place ..?????

I can't smoke at all...I have a bun in the oven...man I could go for a cig...People smoke in the warehouse at my work.

I have never been allowed to smoke tobacco in my work place. Though they have never posted anything in the office to specifically ban the consumption of crack cocaine.

Sometimes though I have noticed that when the office-heat is on, and I'm zipping around the office, at top speeds I have occasionally looked down and noticed that my shoes were glowing red-hot and smoking profusely.

No. There are designated smoking areas outside of the building.

And I've thankful people can't smoke inside the building. Imagine reeking like smoke and breathing in cancer for at least 8 hours a day. Not my idea of fun.

I could. Not only did I own the place (so I could do whatever I wanted), and there wasn't a smoking ban in restaurants either. Now you have to go outside and be 30 feet from an entrance.

It is against the law where I live, and you have to go out to a designated area. At the hospital, you cannot smoke at all on the premises. If you are caught it is an automatic $500 fine.

Smokers used to be able to smoke in buildings where inmates were housed but they banned smoking in all buildings in the prison now...and everyone needs to smoke outside.
My office isn't in a housing area so no.

No, but you can smoke in the designated area outside, at least until Bloomberg takes that away.

I do have to go out on the front steps and smoke. It's a matter of safety at my place. You don't want thinner and chemicals to catch on fire.

You can't in Massachusetts in an office or factory. About the only place would be in your home.
