I think it might be my ninety year old neighbor lady, i peeped over her fence while she was sun bathing in the nude and saw a small shovel laying beside her, do you think it was here?

Oh man, not dandelions. Those things are almost impossible to get rid of. The pope won't help, he would only bless them. It's probably that old lady. You could get revenge on her though, you could wait until she's sunbathing and cut on a sprinkler. It won't get rid of the dandelions, but it would be fun.
