Compaq connectionsis unable to access its data directory. It is either invalid or unreachable, or there is another program accessing it. This appears everytime I restart my computer. How do I fix this?

This feels like a program obstacle and now not hardware comparable. The blue display message with the "registry blunders" is the largest clue. Try reloading Windows. If I was once doing this for my individual approach, I could reformat the force and begin with a blank Windows deploy. Leave out all of the crap that PC brands set up. Add handiest the ones techniques that you just wish and can use.
