Hi i work in credit control at work anyone any tips of how to get the money in faster i send them e-mails phone calls and faxes anyone any tips?? thanksx

Yeah - get the Marketing Director to tell the Sales staff that no new orders are going to be processed until their customers pay their bills (amazing how fast sales staff can move when their commission is a stake ..)
