Why don't you want to pay child support? Why should your children have to go through anything like that? Isn't it enough that their mommy and daddy can't be together? It sounds like you want to get out of your obligation to support your children.

Georgia just changed the child support guidelines last year. The new formula now weighs BOTH incomes of the parents in determining child support. Go to martindalehubbel.com and do a lawyer search in the city you need to find a lawyer. For someone good, you want them rated AV or BV.

Do google search "child support geogia".....most states have a worksheet that you enter your income, wifes income, number of kids,,,,the courts use these to determine support....A better question would be,,,,how do I make sure my kids are taken care since none of this their fault...dont fall into the trap of thinking child support is money the ex wife gets,,,she will have to feed them, clothe them. pay for roof over their head, pay the utilities, transportation, etc.
