i feel like i cannot wear nice sandles,
if you dont know you can find out, like if your feet gets dirtly, is your whole foot dirty, or is it just the arch part

I have flat feet and like you are very limited in what shoes i can wear , its not fair !

Feet should be arched to balance the body weight between the heel and the forepart of the foot, This maintains balance and gives correct alignment to the spine.Flat feet

Mine are arched, I don't know if that has something to do with the fact that I did 7 years of ballet when I was younger. I don't think that having arched feet is that great, it is sometimes difficult to find shoes that don't cut you towards the front of your feet.

I have what is called a "flexable arch". I have a deep arch when I hold my foot up,but when I stand up,it goes flat. That's what a foot doctor told me once when I was getting fitted for inserts for my ice skates.(when I was a kid) Weird huh?

Mine are arched but don't worry if you have flat feet its not life threatening and people wont notice unless you point it out i wouldn`t let that stop me wearing sandals go for it

Mine are arched - and look nice in high heels and sandals - but I think my toes are about half a centimetre too small.
