No it is not good to play with people's emotions.It may do nothing to hard hearted persons,but this kind of persons are very few.Rest all persons feel very bad and shameful when someone plays with their emotions.So as a human being we must not play with people's emotions and those who play with emotions,we should explain them.

There are many more ways for you to keep yourself cheerful, in good humor and dotted with fun and frolics...
If you play with somebody's emotions… then you would make the victim your life enemy… and the victim may break from inside…

it must be a fun in the starting but it will always end with we making a person cry, and that will even hurt us. so, i will say its not good to play with people's emotion

No its not fun to play with people's emotion.
When we do its fun for us but it hurts them a lot a very lot.
So its not fun like that.
But its fun when you help people to get out of their emotion's and make them happy.

it incredibly is relaxing, yet upto particular limits... like being sarcastic, or hiding issues in ordinary terms for un is surely relaxing, yet while it gets too plenty then frustration and anger takes over... after which..... something can ensue... so... basically be careful... and function relaxing... have a astounding time :)

i think its not fair to play with people's emotions.but this world is not for emotions .so we should not care for it.even god do not care for our emotions.when a mother lost her child,a wife lost her husband ,a sister lost her brother,a son lost his parents or vice versa; where is god at that time or what is the value of our emotions.
when god can play with people's emotions and emotions has no place in the world ,one can play with it.

yes, it's fun. And it's a lot better when you have them on the verge of a breakdown, but the fun usually stops when they do it to you and you realize how bad it feels.
