I still have all the symptoms of pregnancy but two neg tests.....I dont know what to do:( I got off birth control March 15th had a period the 18th so shouldnt i be fertile???? how come i feel pregnant right down to peeing all the time, extreme fatigue...

You could be pregnant but it may just not be showing up yet with the pregnancy test. Same thing happened to my sister in law she took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Then she took one two weeks later and what do ya know positive!....three weeks ago she had a healthy baby boy!! LOL
so just wait a couple of weeks.....

Sometimes when you come off the pill it takes a few months before you start ovulating again. You probably feel pregnant because you want to be pregnant. Just give it a little time.

its the effect from the pill so gradually it will be over.
