Yeah, lets have The Great Big Government protect us from Everything.
Why should We as Free Citizens take on any Responsibility for Our Own Freedoms and Safety ?

You must know damn well that, if anyone wants a gun, there are ways to get one. How in hell can the federal or state governments regulate something as you suggest?

Yes, we all have the right to bear arms, however there is nothing in the Constitution stating that we have the right to have a bullets.
It is as simple as issuing a license similar to a drivers and having a clerk check it for it's validity prior to purchasing bullets. It doesn't keep ammo out of the hands of the law abiding citizens now does it. It just makes it a little more difficult for criminals to load thier guns.

Firstly, why should anyone have to register to exercises a right?
Secondly, what's next? Maybe only registered persons should be able to have opinions because someone might say something dangerous?

Stupid question stupid answer...
Nope I think they should be given away at Halloween just like candy along with blasting caps....
I think they should replace money.....Every time you had a meal you could just leave a couple of 9mm as a tip...
Id kinda like them sprinkled on my hot fudge sundae....
