Buy an electric hot plate and heat the water in pans and pour it in the tub. If you can't pay the gas bill then you may not be able to buy the hot plate.

you pick to plug a gadget in and placed it interior the tub mutually with your infants?!?!?!? Hairdryer horror? My theory is you're put in detention center and your infants became over to foster care. some human beings should not be allowed to have infants.

Call the gas company and make arrangements to pay your gas bill. They should be able to work something out.
