Virginia Tech, What can I do to help?

I am consumed with sympathy, concern and a feeling of helplessness regarding the tragedy that just occured at Virginia Tech. I have been in constant prayer but does any one have any suggestions on what I, here in Georgia, can do to help. I'm particulary seeking forms of action that I can take to support others.

Sometimes praying and hoping is all that we can do. Get a group of friends together and have a prayer group, and take precautions in your town to make sure that something like that doesn't happen there, or at least to know what to do in those situations.

My heartfelt condolences goes out to all the families friends and coworkers of the Virginia Tech tragedy. For those still in the hospital I pray for a speedy and complete recovery.
