The best solution would be to get permission from your local colleges to post a bulliten of what you are looking for on their board and state upfront that you are not able to pay, but will give credit to the person in movie credits. A person that is talented and hungry to make it in the business will be more than willing to take a chance on the opportunity you are offering, provided they are credited and given free reign rights to the movie in all aspects.
