Does anyone know how to file a complaint against a postal worker? Very hostile.

I would advise you to not even try.

When I complained at my post office that my mailbox had other people's mis-delivered mail in it that I had to bring around to their mailboxes, my carrier was irate the next day. He told me it was illegal to take other people's mail out of my mailbox (that was his job) and if I put them into anyone else's mailbox that was also a crime and he would have me arrested.

If you complain then hostile will reach a new height.

just fone or email your main post office and they will give you a form to fill out send it in and they will probably contact you and let you know whats happening. you have to bear in mind though that the postman will probably get sacked so you should ask yourself is it really worth it for the sake of him leaving your box open? why not try talking to the postman directly first and tell him bout your problem and then if it continues then lodge an official complaint. give the guy a chance.
