4 months ago the consensus was bull but I'm not sure about now.

I am not sure from what country this question has originated. But in general all the world markets are currently still in the bull cycle. Some specific countries have seen mild corrections such as India but the overall trend is still bull. The fundamentals however are certainly deteriorating in the U S and what happens there mght very well affect all world markets so invest with caution.
