Yes, apparently it is, because the producer on the air with Imus already called the women hoes and didn't get any reprimand. Imus added "nappy headed" and got fired.

If your saying it as a white person who is in the media and talking about black women in college. Those women were getting an education making something of them selves they don't need to be disrespected because of a racist old man who obviously still thinks it's 1950.
