I love it. I try so hard not to hold grudges or hate because it drains you. Those feelings only bring you down, not the person the feelings are about.

sure..its true...it makes the person that is letting go seem stronger..but letting go of a grudge is really forgiving..and forgiving does not mean forgetting.
