They fear being out of power and losing their tax breaks for the rich. That is why they try to scare the masses with boogie men in hopes of getting the votes needed to stay in power.
They have cried wolf too many times and now their party is headed the way of the dinosaur.

Obviously the dempcrats didn't. They wanted to talk and appease, and wht did we get, 3000+ murdered on 9/11, and multiple attacks on our interests before that. They can and will win if we don't stop kowtowing to the liberal left and engaging in political correctness nonsense. As long as we try to cater to the sissy left wing cry babies, and try to fight a kinder gentler war, they will win and things will drag on and on. To the liberal left I say, lead, follow or get out of the darn way.

The "war on Terror" is not in Iraq. Iraq is in civil war now. The real "war on terror" is in the USA with 12 million illegals who just walked into the USA. The real "war on terror" is in Afghanistan and Lebanon. Republicans will never admit to these mistakes, never. Bush and Cheney need to be impeached.
Sept. 11th. was on Bush's watch. Bush was told in advance. Read the Sept. 11th. report to Congress, search for PDB. We now have a $9 trillion debt over ten years and Iraq will cost working class tax payers $2 trillion. Who do you blame for the failures by Republicans. In America we fire failures.
Change is what the November 2006 elections demanded.

the terrorists have powerful allies in this country, the press and the left. they will not win in the final analysis but many more will die because of their appeasement.
the islamo-fascists only want to cut your throat and that is all they want. we have to stop them.
In my view, they will continue to win the battle of public relations and it will take a nuke going off in a large city to change their minds where 30, 000 dead americans will be vaporized. The press will then blame the conservatives for setting off a nuke in our own country. What a sorry state of affairs.
we are finished as a nation state.

Prior to 9/11 did anyone think airplanes could ever be crashed into the Twin Towers?

There is no win or lose here. The fact of the matter is that terrorism is an entity that lived and breed in every society, in every country. How do you stop such a force. How do you even contain it.
You can never really predict who the extremists are or what they are going to do. The war on terror will have no victor. It is an impossible battle to fight.

Yeah, you keep trying to "reach them". Because thousands of years of conditioning means they can be talked out of their beliefs. How naive are you? Sure terrorists can win, the libs are trying hard to ensure that.

The only "win" that they will have is if we give up the resolve to fight them. The current "Hate America" crowd is pushing hard to give up that resolve. To clarify, that crowd isn't Democrat or Republican, it is a mind set that says that we "deserve" to have others hate us because of our ideologies.

If you think that the terrorist can't win then you need to tell Cindy, Pulaski, and all your Lib AND Demo friends that, Republicans know that we are in a war that will define the future security of our nation.

They do not fear...they hate. They being radical Islam - not Muslims, by the way.
And I agree...until we understand the mindset better, instead of just considering them hatemongers and crazies...we have no chance of working to defeat them and their missions.
