Which is a better college? University of Arizona or Florida State University?

Based on academics, location, etc. I am from Pittsburgh and I hate the weather so I want to go to college somewhere warm.

US News has them ranked pretty close to each other -- with Arizona at #98 and FSU at #110.

Arizona State is the best school in Arizona. But University of Florida is the best school in Florida (and much better than either of the two you are considering).
