What is the best school for Aerospace Engineering?

Hi guys!
I have a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Tennessee. I am interested to get Master's and possibly PhD. Can somebody suggest best schools for Aerospace Engineering? (I am an international student).

MIT, Cal Tech and Stanford are listed at the top by US News.

After them, UC-Berkeley, Georgia Tech, Carnegie Mellon and any school in the Big Ten would be a good bet.
